Before You Book

Please review these important booking policies before submitting your cleaning request. We've simplified everything below so you can quickly understand how our booking process works.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment, and your deposit is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your cleaning service. Cash App, Apple Pay, and Venmo include a $5 processing fee, while Zelle payments have no additional charge. Due to travel and scheduling, your cleaner may arrive up to 30 minutes early or within 1 hour after your scheduled arrival window. Photos are required before service to help us accurately prepare for your cleaning, and all photos remain completely confidential. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cleaner reschedules your appointment; if we reschedule, your deposit may be transferred or refunded. Please secure cash, jewelry, heirlooms, medications, firearms, and other valuables before your appointment, as we are not responsible for unsecured personal valuables.
